Why do I need to use my MBO email but create a new password when I first log into the new app?

You need to use your MBO email address because all of your Orangetheory history is associated with that email address in our new system. We have also created a new single sign-on system for our customers. The password rules have been updated to add more complexity to help better protect your Orangetheory information.
